Beasey - Veteren Dj/ Owner
Beasey got his start in the Dj world with a local wedding company in his home town of Bemidji, Minnesota. He soon realized this wasn't what he envisioned when he thought about djing, so he set out to learn the craft and art form of the turntablist dj. He found his home at Scratch Dj Academy in Los Angeles California.
After graduation and holding an internship with Scratch; Beasey decided to hone his newly acquired talents back home in Minnesota. He made a move to the big city of Minneapolis and has made a living spinning records since 2009. He has spent time djing various events across the Twin Cities that include; nighclubt residences downtown Minneapolis, weddings, private parties, cooperate events, and two seasons as a dj for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Beasey Prides himself on being able to spin any format of music and dj any event regardless of crowd. He will make sure your party, big or small, will experience the same party atmosphere you would expect in a high energy nightclub!
Calcul8ted Risk - Host/ Emcee
Bill Dwinells (aka Calcul8ted Risk) has been doing MC work, with Dj Beasey, for the last three years. He has quickly become a fan favorite at all of the 'Elite' performances with his energy, and passion for entertaining crowds. Whether it be teaching your guests the steps to a new dance, or getting grandma to make her way to the dance floor for the anniversary dance, your party will shine with the addition of this veteran emcee!
His first foray into the emcee world was with DJ Beasey at his weekly residency inside the Imperial Room, Downtown Minneapolis. He credits DJ Beasey for getting him into the business and mentoring him along the way. When asked what he specifically brings to the events he is MC'ing he had this to say, "Mc stands for Master of Ceremonies, so I try to be the one providing entertainment, jokes, dancing, running errands for the bride and groom, taking requests for music, and basically any and everything that could be required in order for the couple to have the best night possible. If I can't do that, then I haven't done my job."
